In the season finale of "Wednesday," things come to a head with the mystery surrounding Nevermore Academy. Wednesday discovers that Tyler, the seemingly nice guy, is actually the Hyde monster causing havoc. Not exactly boyfriend material, huh? Her therapist, Dr. Kinbott, turns out to be controlling him, and she's not doing it for fun—she's got an agenda. As Wednesday confronts Tyler and Dr. Kinbott, chaos erupts. Dr. Kinbott meets an untimely end courtesy of her own creation, proving that playing with monsters isn't safe work. Meanwhile, Crackstone, the resurrected pilgrim ghost with a vendetta against outcasts, is wreaking havoc at the academy. In a climactic showdown, Wednesday teams up with her friends to defeat Crackstone. With some help from Bianca and Xavier, they manage to send him packing back to the grave. With the immediate threat gone and Nevermore safe—for now—Wednesday leaves for a break but not before receiving a mysterious text message that promises more trouble down the line. The curtain falls with Wednesday walking away, as enigmatic as ever, leaving us wondering what she'll get up to next.
