S1E11: The Crepes of Wrath

In "Simpsonlar - S1E11," also known as "The Crepes of Wrath," Bart is sent to France as part of a student exchange program, while the Simpson family takes in a student from Albania named Adil. Bart's experience quickly turns sour when he finds himself working for two unscrupulous winemakers who treat him more like a laborer than a guest. Bart's fortunes change when he accidentally discovers that the winemakers are adding antifreeze to their wine. He escapes and alerts the authorities, who arrest the men and reward Bart by making him a hero in France. He returns home with gifts for his family and a newfound appreciation for his life in Springfield. Back in Springfield, Adil's espionage is uncovered, leading to his deportation. The episode wraps up with the Simpson family welcoming Bart back home, relieved to have their son return safely and seemingly improved by his international ordeal.
