In the season finale of "The Simpsons" Season 2, titled "Blood Feud," Homer discovers that Mr. Burns, the boss at the nuclear power plant, is in dire need of a blood transfusion. The only suitable donor turns out to be Bart, whose blood type matches the ailing billionaire's. In an unexpected turn, instead of firing Homer, Mr. Burns decides to send the Simpsons a massive stone head as a token of appreciation. The family is left with this bizarre gift in their living room, pondering its presence and what it means for their lives moving forward.
