S2E18: Brush with Greatness

In the episode "Simpsonlar - S2E18," Bart is struggling with his grades and ends up getting an F in history. This puts him in danger of repeating the fourth grade, so he makes a desperate plea for a miracle, promising to pray if it helps. As luck would have it, a massive snowstorm hits Springfield, leading to a snow day and giving Bart an extra day to study for his exam. He attempts to cram the night before but ultimately falls asleep during his study session. The next day, Bart takes his exam and fails again. However, when he demonstrates some unexpected knowledge about George Washington and the American Revolution during an emotional plea to Mrs. Krabappel, she decides to pass him with a D-minus. Bart is overjoyed and credits the snow day as the miracle he prayed for, ending the episode on a high note for him.
