Episode Ending
In "The Simpsons" Season 2, Episode 21, titled "Three Men and a Comic Book," Bart becomes obsessed with owning the first edition of Radioactive Man comic book. He teams up with Milhouse and Martin to buy it, pooling their money together. Predictably, sharing doesn't go smoothly. The boys stash the comic in Bart's treehouse, where paranoia takes hold. Each of them grows suspicious of the others' intentions, convinced they're plotting to take the comic for themselves. This leads to an all-out brawl that ends with them accidentally damaging the comic. In the end, a thunderstorm rips through Springfield, and the comic book is blown away, leaving nothing but scraps behind. Defeated but wiser, the boys return home. They learn a hard lesson about friendship and greed, as they walk away empty-handed but a bit more mature—at least until next week's shenanigans.
