S3E14: Lisa the Greek
Lisa's ability to pick winning football teams kicks off a strong bond with Homer.
Episode Ending
In "Simpsonlar - S3E14," also known as "Lisa the Greek," Lisa discovers she has a knack for predicting the outcomes of football games. Homer, being the doting father we all know and love, decides to use her talent to place bets. Naturally, their father-daughter bonding over gambling raises the stakes as they get more invested in the results. As the Super Bowl approaches, Lisa realizes that Homer is only spending time with her because of her predictions. In a moment of clarity—or perhaps spite—she tells Homer that if he really loves her, the team she picks will win. If not, they'll lose. The pressure mounts as game day arrives, and of course, the team she picked wins. After this win, Homer realizes he genuinely values Lisa more than any bet. So, in a sweet ending, he chooses to spend quality time with her without any ulterior motives. They go for a walk together, leaving the world of gambling behind, at least for now.
