S3E24: Brother, Can You Spare Two Dimes?

In "The Simpsons" Season 3, Episode 24, titled "Brother, Can You Spare Two Dimes?", we see Homer's half-brother, Herb Powell, return to Springfield. Herb, now destitute after losing his car company, seeks help from Homer. He comes up with a new invention idea: a baby translator.
