S4E1: Kamp Krusty

In "Simpsons - S4E1," better known as "Kamp Krusty," Bart and Lisa are excited to spend the summer at Kamp Krusty, a camp endorsed by their idol, Krusty the Clown. However, they quickly discover that the camp is a rundown nightmare run by the sadistic Mr. Black and his cronies, Dolph, Jimbo, and Kearney. Instead of fun activities, the kids are subjected to hard labor and terrible conditions. Bart holds onto hope that Krusty will come to the rescue, but after a particularly brutal day at camp, he realizes that Krusty isn't coming. This revelation pushes him over the edge, leading Bart to incite a rebellion among the campers. They overthrow the camp's administration in an anarchic uprising, taking control of Kamp Krusty. Meanwhile, back in Springfield, Homer and Marge are enjoying a blissful summer without the kids. But when Homer sees a news report about the chaos at Kamp Krusty, he starts worrying about his son. Just as things look dire for Bart and Lisa, Krusty finally shows up at the camp—after a bit of coaxing from his accountant—and promises to make it up to the kids by taking them on an all-expenses-paid trip to Tijuana. With this unexpected twist of fortune, Bart's faith in Krusty is restored, and all ends well as they set off for Mexico.
