Episode Ending
In "Simpsonlar - S4E10," also known as "Lisa's First Word," the episode takes us down memory lane to when Lisa was born. The bulk of the episode is a flashback to 1983, with Marge pregnant and the family living in a small apartment. Homer is desperately trying to buy a house, which eventually leads them to their current home in Springfield. As the flashback unfolds, Bart is less than thrilled about having a new sibling. His antics to keep Lisa out of his life are amusingly futile, and despite his efforts, Lisa says her first word: "Bart." This surprisingly warms Bart's heart, and he embraces his role as her older brother. Back in the present day, Maggie is silent throughout the episode. However, just before it wraps up, with no one around to hear, she quietly says "Daddy" as Homer leaves her room. It's a sweet little twist that leaves Homer oblivious to her milestone, yet underscores his bond with Maggie.
