Episode Ending
In "Simpsonlar - S4E19," also known as "The Front," the episode wraps up with Bart and Lisa's attempt to become Itchy & Scratchy scriptwriters by using Grandpa Simpson's name. Their script, filled with gratuitous violence, gets produced, but the studio eventually finds out the truth behind the pseudonym. Instead of being angry, they invite Bart and Lisa to the annual cartoon awards. At the awards show, Grandpa gives an impromptu speech after winning an award for Bart and Lisa's script. He rants about how modern cartoons rely too much on violence rather than story and character development, which leaves the audience baffled. Meanwhile, Homer realizes he never graduated from high school and decides to go back to earn his diploma. The episode closes with Homer finishing his final exam, only to find out he still failed. Undeterred, he plans to continue trying until he passes. This leaves us with the typical "Simpsons" mix of comedy and a touch of heart, all wrapped up in their own unique way.
