S5E3: Homer Goes to College

In "Simpsonlar - S5E3," also known as "Homer Goes to College," Homer Simpson finds himself in a bit of a pickle when he needs to pass a nuclear physics class to keep his job at the power plant. Naturally, Homer decides the best course of action is to enroll in college. Because what could go wrong? Homer quickly befriends a trio of nerdy students who are more interested in playing pranks than hitting the books. So when Homer's antics get them all expelled after a botched prank on rival students, he realizes he might have taken things a bit too far. Who knew college life wouldn't be all beer pong and toga parties? In a bid to make amends and get his nerd friends reinstated, Homer orchestrates an elaborate plan to make them look like heroes. By staging a fake nuclear meltdown, they manage to save the day in front of the college dean. Their heroics earn them back their places at the school, and Homer just barely manages to pass his class. The episode wraps up with Homer back at the power plant, blissfully unaware of how close he came to losing his job. Business as usual in Springfield.
