S5E17: Bart Gets an Elephant

In "Simpsonlar - S5E17," also known as "Bart Gets an Elephant," Bart wins a radio contest and, instead of taking the cash prize, opts for the gag prize: a live elephant. Much to everyone's surprise, the radio station actually delivers an elephant named Stampy. As you might expect, having an elephant in a suburban home causes chaos. Homer and Marge quickly realize that feeding and caring for Stampy is a financial nightmare, so they try to sell him. After some misadventures involving a corrupt ivory dealer and a wildlife preserve that can't afford him, Homer decides to keep Stampy for the time being. The episode wraps up with Stampy escaping and heading to the Springfield Tar Pits. Bart finds him there, and Stampy ultimately saves Homer from sinking into the tar. In gratitude, the family donates Stampy to a wildlife reserve where he can be with other elephants. Bart bids farewell to his oversized friend as Stampy joins his new herd.
