Bart helps precipitate a teachers strike, but he rues his handiwork when Marge takes over for Mrs. Krabappel.
Episode Ending
In the episode "Simpsonlar - S6E21," also known as "The PTA Disbands," things come to a head when the teachers go on strike. Bart, of course, is thrilled with the idea of no school, but Marge gets roped into being a substitute teacher, which isn’t exactly his idea of fun. Homer enjoys the chaos until he realizes Marge isn’t around to do all the things he relies on her for. Meanwhile, Edna Krabappel and Principal Skinner are at each other’s throats over budget cuts, leading to the strike dragging on longer than anyone wants. In the end, after some hijinks involving Skinner being trapped in his office and Bart's antics, a compromise is reached. They decide to hold school in various locations around town to save money, like the car wash and the police station. The teachers return to work, much to Bart’s dismay, and everything goes back to its version of normal in Springfield.
