Season Ending
The season finale of "The Simpsons" Season 7 is the episode titled "Summer of 4 Ft. 2." The story kicks off with the end of the school year, and Lisa feeling underappreciated after her classmates fail to sign her yearbook. In a bid for a fresh start, the Simpsons head to Ned Flanders' beach house for a summer vacation. Once they arrive, Lisa decides to reinvent herself by ditching her usual nerdy attire for a more laid-back look. She quickly makes new friends with some local kids who are none the wiser about her true personality. Meanwhile, Bart, feeling sidelined by Lisa's newfound popularity, plots to expose her as the smart, studious girl she really is. Bart's plan culminates in him showing Lisa's yearbook to her new friends, revealing all the signatures from teachers praising her academic achievements. But instead of being ostracized, Lisa's friends accept her for who she is. The episode wraps up with Homer humorously attempting to pack up their car with beach souvenirs, while Lisa finds a signed yearbook from her new friends, solidifying her summer as a success.
