S7E12: Team Homer

In "The Simpsons" Season 7, Episode 12, titled "Team Homer," the story wraps up with Homer and his bowling team, the Pin Pals, facing off against Mr. Burns' team in the championship. After a series of unfortunate events, including Mr. Burns' usual shenanigans and some cheating attempts, it all comes down to the final frame. Homer needs to bowl a strike to win the game. Just as he's about to throw the ball, Mr. Burns cuts off the power in a last-ditch effort to sabotage them. However, Homer manages to roll the ball in the dark, and miraculously, it results in a strike. The Pin Pals win the championship against all odds. In the end, Mr. Burns takes away their trophy under some technicality because he owns the bowling alley, leaving Homer and his team without their hard-earned prize. Despite this setback, they celebrate their victory at Moe's Tavern, content with their achievement and camaraderie.
