S8E1: Treehouse of Horror VII

In "Simpsonlar - S8E1: Episode 1," we find ourselves in the thick of a Springfield scandal. Homer becomes the town pariah after he’s accused of sexual harassment, all thanks to a rather innocent gummy incident with a babysitter named Ashley Grant. The whole town seems ready to write Homer off, and things look bleak. Homer's attempts to clear his name only make things worse, as usual. He appears on a sensationalist TV show called "Rock Bottom," where his words are hilariously taken out of context. But fear not for Homer; in a rare turn of events, the cavalry arrives in the form of Groundskeeper Willie, who has secretly videotaped the entire incident and can prove Homer’s innocence. With the truth revealed, the town realizes Homer was wronged. Ashley apologizes, and everything goes back to normal—well, as normal as things ever get in Springfield. In classic Simpson fashion, the episode wraps with Homer back on the couch, blissfully oblivious to most of what happened, just as we like him.
