
S8E2: You Only Move Twice
In an idyllic planned community, Homer works for a new boss who has trouble with the government. Meanwhile, the rest of the family has difficulty dealing with the bucolic burg.
Episode Ending
In the "Simpsonlar" episode from season 8, episode 2, the plot centers around Lisa and her newfound interest in the world of astrology. After a series of predictions she makes come true, Lisa becomes convinced of her psychic abilities and decides to start offering her services to the people of Springfield. As Lisa's reputation as a seer grows, the townsfolk flock to her for guidance, and she begins to bask in her newfound fame. However, things take a turn when one of her predictions doesn't pan out, leading to chaos and confusion among her followers. The townspeople quickly turn against Lisa, upset that they were led astray by her inaccurate forecast. Feeling guilty and wanting to make amends, Lisa attempts to set things right by organizing a town meeting. She explains how she got carried away with the attention and assures everyone that they shouldn't rely on astrology for life decisions. By the end of the episode, the townspeople forgive Lisa, and everything returns to its usual state of Springfield normalcy—meaning not quite normal at all.
