S8E7: Lisa's Date with Density

In "The Simpsons" Season 8, Episode 7, titled "Lisa's Date with Density," the episode wraps up with a series of classic Springfield antics. Lisa, who had developed a crush on the school bully Nelson Muntz, tries to reform him. Despite her efforts, Nelson inevitably reverts to his old ways. Lisa realizes that she can't change Nelson when she catches him throwing rotten tomatoes at Principal Skinner's house with his friends. Heartbroken, Lisa ends things with Nelson, accepting that he is who he is. Meanwhile, Homer becomes obsessed with a telemarketing scheme involving autodialers and ends up annoying the entire town. In the end, Chief Wiggum confiscates the autodialer, but not before Homer gets in a final call to Moe's Tavern, leading to Moe's usual frustration. The episode closes with Lisa and Milhouse having a moment where Milhouse offers his unrequited love again, only to be rejected as usual.
