S8E10: The Springfield Files

In "The Simpsons" Season 8, Episode 10, "The Springfield Files," the episode wraps up with a classic blend of chaos and resolution. After Homer insists he saw an alien in the woods, the town is whipped into a frenzy of belief and skepticism.
