S9E14: Das Bus

In "Simpsonlar - S9E14," also known as "Das Bus," the story takes a turn for the kids of Springfield Elementary when their school bus crashes into the ocean during a field trip. The children end up stranded on a deserted island, and chaos predictably ensues as they attempt to create a new society. While Milhouse is initially accused of eating all the food, it turns out that wild boars are to blame. Meanwhile, back in Springfield, Homer tries his hand at starting an internet business, despite having no idea how the internet works. This subplot doesn't really go anywhere significant but provides some comedic moments as Homer attempts to fake it until he makes it. Back on the island, things come to a head when Bart and Lisa are put on trial by their peers. Just as everything seems like it's spiraling completely out of control, the episode skips to a quick wrap-up narration explaining that the children were eventually rescued by Moe. The resolution is abrupt and entirely off-screen, leaving the specifics of their rescue to the imagination.
