S10E14: I'm with Cupid

In the "Simpsonlar" episode titled "I'm with Cupid," Apu's attempts to impress his wife, Manjula, with grand romantic gestures lead to Springfield's husbands feeling the pressure. Homer, in particular, is concerned about being shown up and resolves to sabotage Apu's efforts. As Valentine's Day approaches, Apu continues to shower Manjula with extravagant displays of affection, including a skywriter spelling out a message of love. Homer and the other husbands band together to stop Apu from making them look bad. Their plan is to intercept the final and most spectacular gesture: a concert featuring Elton John. Despite their best efforts, the plan goes awry, and Elton John ends up performing anyway. Apu's grand finale works its magic, and Manjula is thoroughly impressed. The episode wraps up with Homer grudgingly accepting defeat in the romance department while Elton John sings for the crowd.
