Episode Ending
In the episode "Simpsonlar - S12E7," titled "The Great Money Caper," things wrap up in true Springfield fashion. After a series of cons and scams, Bart and Homer find themselves in a courtroom facing charges. The case seems open and shut until the judge unexpectedly dismisses the trial. Why? Because apparently, it's part of some elaborate sting operation orchestrated by the authorities to teach them a lesson about honesty. Yes, really. The twist doesn't stop there. As the judge reveals this was all a set-up, the courtroom audience peels away their disguises to reveal they are actually FBI agents and even celebrities like Mel Gibson. Everyone's in on the act, except for our clueless duo, of course. In the end, after all the layers of deception are peeled back, Homer and Bart walk away scot-free. They return home with Marge and Lisa waiting for them, shaking their heads at yet another ridiculous adventure. All's well that ends well in Springfield, at least until next week's chaos unfolds.
