Ms. Edna Krabappel begins to lose faith in her relationship with Principal Skinner and becomes depressed. Bart wants to cheer her up and decides to nominate her for the Teacher of the Year Award. Ms. Krabappel and the Simpsons are given a free trip to Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida. Skinner decides that he needs to do something to win Edna back, so he follows them there. He tries to sabotage Edna's chances of winning the award, in hopes that she will become so depressed that she will come back to him. However, he has a change of heart and proposes to her.

Episode Ending

In "Simpsonlar - S14E7," Homer takes on the role of a vigilante after Springfield is overrun by a series of burglaries. He forms a neighborhood watch group, but predictably, his leadership skills leave something to be desired. The group ends up causing more chaos than they prevent, leading to the town turning against them. Things take a turn when Homer accidentally captures the real culprit: the town's cat burglar, Molloy. However, Molloy tricks everyone into believing there's a hidden treasure in the town. This sends the townspeople on a wild goose chase, tearing through Springfield in search of riches that don't exist. In the end, Molloy escapes from jail, leaving behind a taunting note for the citizens of Springfield. The episode wraps up with Homer and the rest of the town realizing they've been duped, returning to their normal lives while Molloy enjoys his freedom.
