S14E9: The Strong Arms of the Ma
Marge gets mugged and becomes so traumatized that she develops Agoraphobia. She hides in the basement. Having little else to do, she decides to exercise with a weight set Homer bought from Rainier Wolfcastle's garage sale. She becomes so strong and confident that she is able to leave the basement. She continues working out and decides to start taking steroids so she can enter a bodybuilding competition. One night at Moe's Tavern she loses her temper and starts destroying the bar and fighting all of the patrons. Homer confronts Marge and says he misses the sweet woman that he married. Marge, horrified at what she has done, apologizes and decides to stop working out.
Episode Ending
In "Simpsonlar - S14E9: Episode 9," we find Homer attempting to capitalize on a new business venture involving a spring-themed mattress. As expected, his lack of business acumen leads to chaos when he inadvertently destroys all the mattresses at the town's new bed store. Meanwhile, Marge becomes frustrated with Homer and decides to spend time apart from him. Simultaneously, Bart and Lisa are on their own misadventure, trying to get back at a rival for some childhood slight. They concoct a plan that involves sabotaging the town's annual mattress sale, but of course, things don't go quite as they planned. Their scheme results in a series of slapstick mishaps that only add to the chaos already in motion thanks to Homer. In the end, Homer attempts to make amends by fixing the damage he's caused, but in true Simpson fashion, he only manages to make things worse before everything somehow resolves itself in an unexpected way. Marge forgives Homer after realizing how much he tries despite his blunders, and Bart and Lisa come out of their mischief unscathed, with the town returning to its usual state of quirky dysfunction.
