Alabasta

As Season 4 of "One Piece" wraps up, the Straw Hat crew finds themselves knee-deep in the Arabasta arc, embroiled in the civil war that plagues the desert kingdom. Luffy and his crew are determined to take down Crocodile, the villainous leader of Baroque Works, who is manipulating the conflict for his own gain. Luffy gets a couple of rounds with Crocodile, and let's just say it doesn't start well for our rubbery hero. Despite losing twice — thanks to Crocodile's sand powers — Luffy isn't one to give up. He eventually figures out Crocodile's weakness to water and launches a final attack that manages to put the guy down for good. Meanwhile, other members of the crew have their hands full too. Zoro faces off against Mr. 1, where he learns to cut steel in a very literal sense. Sanji and Usopp deal with their own foes in Mr. 2 Bon Clay and Mr. 4, respectively. Vivi, the princess of Arabasta, desperately tries to stop the war, with Nami helping her by taking on Miss Doublefinger. In the end, the civil war is halted just in time, and peace is restored to Arabasta. Vivi decides to stay behind to help her country rebuild but promises to always be a part of the Straw Hat crew in spirit. With Vivi waving them off, Luffy and his crew sail away from Arabasta, ready for their next adventure on the Grand Line.
