Water Seven

As the season closes, Luffy and his Straw Hat crew find themselves embroiled in the Water 7 saga, a place where shipwrights are as plentiful as the secrets lurking beneath the sea. The team is dealing with the fallout of Usopp's departure after a heated dispute over their ship, the Going Merry. Meanwhile, Robin mysteriously disappears, leaving everyone questioning her motives and loyalties. The plot thickens when it's revealed that Robin has been coerced by the World Government's secret agency, CP9. They're after a powerful weapon blueprint held by Iceburg, the mayor of Water 7. Naturally, Luffy and his crew are not ones to let friends face danger alone, so they storm Enies Lobby, a government stronghold, to rescue Robin. In true Straw Hat fashion, they declare war on the World Government in a dramatic showdown at Enies Lobby. They face off against CP9 and eventually manage to save Robin after some intense battles. The season wraps up with the crew narrowly escaping on their new ship, the Thousand Sunny, built by their new shipwright Franky, who joins their ranks. It's a new chapter for the Straw Hats as they sail away, leaving Water 7 behind but with plenty of adventure still on the horizon.
