S2E1: The Big Ride

In "The Boys" Season 2, Episode 1, things pick up with Butcher still missing, and the rest of the gang is laying low. Hughie, Frenchie, Kimiko, and Mother's Milk are hiding out in a basement, trying to figure out their next move. Meanwhile, Vought is busy dealing with the fallout from the events of last season. Homelander is having a power struggle with Stan Edgar, the CEO of Vought, who introduces a new supe, Stormfront, to The Seven without consulting him. Homelander's not thrilled about being blindsided but plays along for now. It's clear that Stormfront has her own agenda and isn't afraid to shake things up. The episode ends with a bloody scene where Black Noir takes down a super-terrorist in Syria. Meanwhile, Hughie and the others get a lead on the mysterious supe responsible for blowing up Madelyn Stillwell and decide to investigate further. Just when things seem stable for a moment, Butcher bursts back onto the scene at their hideout, leaving everyone stunned.
