S2E4: Total Rickall

In "Rick and Morty" Season 2, Episode 4, titled "Total Rickall," the Smith family finds themselves under siege by alien parasites that implant fake memories to multiply. The household is filled with bizarre characters, each one potentially a parasite. It's a colorful parade of absurdity, from Mr. Poopybutthole to Pencilvester. It turns out he was real all along, leading to an awkward hospital scene where Beth is guilt-ridden and Mr. Poopybutthole is in critical condition, but alive enough to forgive her with a thumbs-up. The family awkwardly comes to terms with the situation as the credits roll.
