S3E3: Pickle Rick
It's family therapy time in this one broh. Classic stuff. Pickle Rick too.
Episode Ending
Alright, let's dive into the chaos of "Rick and Morty" Season 3, Episode 3. The episode, aptly titled "Pickle Rick," features Rick turning himself into a pickle to avoid family therapy. As you do. This leads to him getting washed down into the sewer, where he constructs a rat exoskeleton to fight his way out. You know, typical pickle activities. Meanwhile, the rest of the family is dealing with their own drama at therapy with Dr. Wong, who tries to get to the root of their dysfunctions. Beth is in denial about her father’s antics, Morty and Summer are fed up, and Dr. Wong has her hands full trying to get them to open up. Back in Pickle-land, Rick eventually makes his way to a high-security building, where he battles a squad of armed guards and an assassin named Jaguar. They end up teaming up after Rick convinces Jaguar that they have a common enemy. They escape the building together in a whirlwind of explosions and mayhem. The episode concludes with Rick arriving at the therapist’s office just as the session wraps up. Despite Beth's attempts to justify Rick's behavior, Dr. Wong delivers some no-nonsense advice about the family's need for emotional honesty. Naturally, this is ignored as Rick and Beth leave together in their usual state of denial, while Morty and Summer remain skeptical about any progress being made. Just another day in the life of this dysfunctional family.
