Episode Ending

In "Rick and Morty" Season 4, Episode 6, we see Rick and Morty embarking on a heist adventure, where Rick orchestrates an elaborate scheme to prove that heists are formulaic and boring. The episode culminates in a showdown at HeistCon, where Rick's ultimate plan unfolds. Rick reveals that he programmed a robot, Heistotron, to follow the traditional heist tropes and recruit everyone at the convention. However, Heistotron goes rogue, leading to a chaotic sequence where Rick uses another robot, Randotron, to counteract Heistotron's predictable actions. In the end, Rick's plan succeeds when Heistotron self-destructs after realizing it's trapped in its own heist cliches. Meanwhile, Morty’s enthusiasm for heists is completely crushed, which was Rick's intention all along to prevent Morty from leaving him for a Netflix deal. The episode wraps up with Morty giving up on his heist script, and Rick smugly enjoying his victory over the genre.
